Terms of Use

By accessing or using the TalasTradingCo Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter binding agreements. The Service is intended for users who understand the risks of trading and automated execution.

TalasTradingCo provides software, dashboards, automations, and infrastructure for authorized broker connections and structured trade-following. The Service is a software and infrastructure provider only.

TalasTradingCo does not provide personalized investment, tax, or legal advice and does not manage discretionary accounts. You are solely responsible for the strategies, risk parameters, and broker credentials you configure.

You authorize TalasTradingCo to connect to your supported brokerage account through an OAuth or similar delegated-authorization flow. You may revoke this authorization at any time.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for elapsed periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass risk controls, reverse engineer the platform, or use the Service for unlawful activity.

Trading involves substantial risk. Automation does not eliminate market, connectivity, broker, exchange, data, or platform risk. You may lose all or more than your initial investment.

Every new configuration or meaningful risk-rule change must complete a paper-mode validation window before live execution is permitted. This is enforced at the platform level.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and trademarks, remain the property of TalasTradingCo or its licensors.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalasTradingCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalasTradingCo and its operators against claims arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

TalasTradingCo may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected misuse, or operational necessity. We may halt automated execution at any time to protect platform integrity.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations, risk disclosures, or provisions that by their nature survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Lincoln County, Missouri. By using the Service, you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

TalasTradingCo may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted or otherwise made available through the Service. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
